Shadowrun

A shadowrun is a short module that may involve physical danger to the character. Shadowruns originated from the game ______ (wiki magic please!). A common pattern for designing shadowruns is to have a "choose your own adventure" booklet, where pages in the book describe scenarios and may have various side-effects for players. Players interacting with shadow runs are usually out-of-game, and cannot be interacted with by passerbys. The act of interacting with a shadowrun is called shadowrunning; successful shadowrunning often requires a combination of abilities from multiple characters, as well as resources which may be acquired outside of the shadowrun.
